Protected Learning Time
Our practice team will be taking part in essential and mandatory training during the following dates and times:

Accessing the practice during these times
Our clinic times for these days will be between 8am-2pm (8am-12pm on 3rd June 2026), then recommencing at 4pm (3pm on 3rd June 2026). – please attend for your booked appointments as usual. The practice will remain open for the handling of emergencies, please contact us in your usual way if your query cannot wait until 4pm (3pm on 3rd June 2026).

999
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
NHS 111.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.
You will speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Accessibility.
All medical facilities are fully accessible for disabled patients. The building is completely step-free, making it fully accessible for wheelchair or mobility scooter users. There is an induction loop available for those who are hearing impaired.
