Over the past 12 months, we are pleased to report that there have been no infection control incidences within our facility, with the exception of one needle-stick injury. This incident was promptly addressed and managed according to established protocols.

Environmental Cleaning: Our facility maintains regular cleaning and disinfection schedules to ensure that patient rooms, equipment, and common areas are sanitised to the highest standards.
Safe infection control Practice: Safe infection control practices are strictly followed, with all medical equipment being single-use to prevent cross-contamination.
Needle-stick Injury Protocol: In the case of the needle-stick injury that occurred in the last year, the incident was promptly reported and managed in accordance with our comprehensive exposure control plan, which includes immediate cleansing, post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) if necessary, and follow-up monitoring.
Surveillance and Reporting: We maintain a proactive approach to infection control surveillance, strive to continuously improve our practices.
Staff Training: Infection control training is provided to all staff members regularly to ensure they are well-versed in the latest guidelines and protocols.
