By Phone
Please call the Practice on 01905 744400 after 10am to obtain a test result from reception. Most test results, including blood and urine, take between 3 to 7 working days to come back to the Practice from the hospital laboratory. Some x-ray results take between 2 to 3 weeks to be processed.
Sometimes the Doctor will suggest that you make an appointment to be given the result or that they need to speak to you directly. The receptionists will advise you if this is necessary. You can only be given your result once one of the doctors has seen it.
By the NHS App
Most test results are now available on the NHS App, as well as a whole host of other information and advice, especially Covid-19 related advice. The app can also be used from your browser on desktop or laptop computers. For more information, click the button below.
